Phase 1: Foundations + Clarity
Discover. Build. Begin. Every transformation begins with understanding. In this first phase, you'll uncover your health story, habits, and goals - and lay the groundwork for meaningful change. You'll start with a 75-min Initial Consultation and two 45-min Clarity Sessions, alongside the Metabolic Health Foundations Essentials Course + Reflections Workbook. These create a shared language and foundation for your coaching journey. |
Phase 2: Personalized Metabolic Roadmap
Connect. Map. Align. Every person's health story is unique. In this phase, we translate intake data, session insights and reflections into a Personalized Metabolic Roadmap that connects your symptoms, underlying drivers, and lifestyle levers. Behind the scenes, your coach completes a Symptom-Driver-Lever Mapping Review . We'll meet for two 60-min Roadmap Sessions, and create a practical starting strategy. |
Phase 3: Momentum Coaching
Act. Adapt. Sustain. This is where change becomes momentum. Ongoing coaching helps you take consistent action, troubleshoot challenges, and sustain meaningful progress. You'll receive six 45-minute sessions focused on accountability, problem-solving, and strategy support - along with tracking tools and resources to reinforce growth between sessions. |
