Science-informed. Human-centered.
Complex health, made clearer.
Your health gets broken into parts. You don't live in parts.
Your mental health sits somewhere else entirely. So does whether you can afford it, get to it, or have any room left to take it on.
Each condition gets treated on its own. Each program gets funded on its own. The system was built one specialty at a time.
And what the research already shows about chronic and rare disease
takes years to reach everyday practice.
Meanwhile one person is living inside all of it. Some of them without a care team at all.
WellSelf 360 works on those gaps in two ways.
→ Clarity360 helps people make sense of complicated health information, decide what to do next, and engage more effectively with the clinicians and support teams around them.
→ Strategy + Consulting helps organizations solve difficult health challenges that cross disciplines, systems, and conventional boundaries.
The same problem shows up at every scale.
One person's history is split across four specialists and a decade of records. An organization's is split across programs, data systems, and budgets. In both cases, no one is holding all of it.
Having the information does not mean someone can use it. A recommendation that does not fit a person's life may go nowhere. The same is true of an organizational strategy when the people, workflows, incentives, or resources around it do not line up.
Clarity360
Help people understand their health and participate more effectively in what comes next.
Clarity360 is a health synthesis and engagement platform in development for people navigating multiple, overlapping, rare, or difficult-to-explain health concerns. The initial experience brings health information, lived experience, context, and readiness together into a Health Story, Action Plan, and Companion Guide.
For clinicians and community organizations, that means a better-informed, better-prepared, more engaged person to work with.
Strategy + Consulting
Turn complex health challenges into practical action.
We work with organizations across health care, rare and chronic disease, research, public health, data, advocacy, and community settings when the challenge crosses disciplines or the existing model is not getting the job done.
That may mean building a new initiative, connecting people and information that usually sit apart, or turning evidence and ideas into something an organization can actually test and put into practice.
We're most useful when there is no obvious owner, the usual approach has stalled, or solving the problem requires people who do not normally work together.

Introducing Clarity360
Clarity360 starts with the individual.
People with complicated health histories often spend years carrying the burden of connecting information across conditions, specialists, records, treatments, and lived experience. Clarity360 brings that history together so the individual can understand what matters, decide what is realistic to act on, and bring that understanding into the support around them.
That can change the conversation with clinicians and support teams. The individual arrives better informed, better prepared, and with clearer questions and priorities. Clinical interpretation and care remain with the clinician.
Health, Context + Readiness
Insight Into Action
My Health Story
Conditions, symptoms, history, and relevant context brought together in first person so the individual can understand how they connect.
My Action Plan
Practical priorities shaped by what the synthesis surfaced and what someone is realistically ready and able to take on.
Companion Guide
Clinical and Practitioner editions that help the individual carry relevant context, questions, and priorities into the support around them.
The individual owns the story. Clinicians and support teams remain responsible for clinical interpretation and care.
Clarity360 supports work that is difficult to fit inside a clinical visit or community program: helping someone organize a complicated history, understand what matters, prepare better questions, identify realistic priorities, and stay engaged in what comes next.
They arrive better prepared.
History, concerns, questions, and priorities have already been worked through instead of reconstructed from scratch.
The conversation can start further along.
Less time figuring out the story in the moment. More time focused on what matters now.
Understanding continues between encounters.
Education, action planning, and support can help the individual stay engaged after the appointment or program touchpoint.
Clarity360 does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical care. It helps the individual understand and organize their own health so they can use the clinical and community support available to them more effectively.
Strategy + Consulting
The same systems lens, applied at the organizational level.
We work with organizations when the challenge crosses disciplines, the information is scattered, or the current model has reached its limits. That may mean connecting what already works, redesigning what does not, or building something new.
Personal Health
Your health is a connected system.
Your symptoms get divided among specialties and diagnoses. Your biology doesn't know those boundaries. Personal Health looks underneath the labels for what's actually driving them.
No two people bring the same biology, history, circumstances, or response. The better question is what's fueling your symptoms, and where you can start.
About Carey
My perspective has been shaped by complex health, data, systems, and lived experience.
I’m Carey Kauffman, founder of WellSelf 360.
My work has crossed supply chain technology and data systems, health care strategy, rare disease, clinical and research infrastructure, patient engagement, health education, coaching, and the lived experience of navigating complex health with my own family.
Across those very different settings, I kept encountering the same challenge:
WellSelf 360 grew from the belief that better connecting those pieces can change what happens next, for an individual, a care team, or an organization.
