Personal Health

Understand what may be shaping your health. Decide where to start.

Understand what may be shaping your health. Decide where to start.

When symptoms, conditions, stress, hormones, sleep, medications, life demands, and everything else start piling up, it can be hard to know what matters most.

We help people step back, look at the bigger picture, and make sense of the patterns that may be influencing how they feel and function. From there, we focus on what is realistic to work on first.

Your health is a connected system.

Your health is a connected system.

Sleep, nutrition, movement, hormones, metabolism, stress, environment, relationships, medications, health history, and life experience can all influence how you feel and function.

Sleep, nutrition, movement, hormones, metabolism, stress, environment, relationships, medications, health history, and life experience can all influence how you feel and function.

Symptoms may be divided across specialties or diagnoses, but your body does not work in separate parts. Personal Health looks underneath the labels to explore where patterns may connect and what may be contributing.

Think of symptoms as smoke. Opening a window helps, and sometimes that is exactly what you need. It does not tell you what may be feeding the fire.

A practical way to organize a complicated health picture.

We look at four connected layers: what shaped you, what may be going on, what you can work with, and where clinical or therapeutic support may fit.

What Shaped You

Foundational Influences

What Shaped You

Foundational Influences

Genetics and family history, early life, previous illness, pregnancies, major health events, long stretches of stress, trauma, and other life experiences can all shape how the body responds over time.

What You Can Work With

Everyday Levers

What You Can Work With

Everyday Levers

Sleep + Circadian Health · Nervous System Regulation · Metabolic Nutrition · Movement + Physical Resilience · Environmental + Biochemical Hygiene · Connection + Identity

Every lever can reach more than one driver, which is why a well-chosen lever can have effects in several places at once. A little more bang for your buck.

When You Need More

Clinical + Therapeutic Support

When You Need More

Clinical + Therapeutic Support

Medical care, medications, hormone or thyroid support, psychotherapy, physical therapy, testing, and supplements may all be part of the picture. Those decisions belong with the appropriate care team. Our role is to help you see how that support fits into the bigger picture, prepare better questions, and make better use of the care you already have.

Your response helps show what fits.

Population research gives us useful places to start, but it cannot tell us exactly how one person will respond. Genetics, health history, medications, hormones, environment, preferences, capacity, and life circumstances all matter.

That makes experimentation part of the work: try something with a reasonable basis, pay attention to what changes, keep what helps, and adjust what does not. We think of that as an N-of-1 mindset.

Evidence gives us better places to start. Your own response helps show what fits.

Ways to work together

This is health education and coaching, not medical care. We help people organize what they are experiencing, understand the patterns that may matter, identify questions worth bringing to their care team, and decide what feels realistic to work on next.

Some people need a little more clarity. Some need a plan. Some need support putting that plan into practice. The work is shaped around where the person is starting.

Clarity Consult

A focused consultation when you have a lot of health information and aren’t sure where to begin. We look across what is going on, what questions you have, and what seems most useful to focus on next.

Coaching + Education

Support for turning what you know into changes that work in real life. Based on what you are working on, that may include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, metabolic health, behavior change, or preparing to work more effectively with your care team.

Clarity360

For people navigating greater health complexity, Clarity360 is the health synthesis and engagement platform we are developing to bring health information, lived experience, life context, and readiness together in a more structured way.

WellSelf 360 provides health education and coaching and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.
