Helped launch and scale a 60+ site clinical and research network across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, creating shared standards, specialist collaboration pathways, and institutional structures that expanded access to concentrated expertise and strengthened diagnosis, coordinated specialty care, and research.

Led the development and scaling of a multi-site registry and data ecosystem, including participation agreements, data contracts, governance, ownership, compliance, and cross-institutional workflows needed to support standardized data collection and long-term research.

Machine Learning Pilot for Rare Disease Diagnosis

Published · Advanced to Phase 2 under Stanford Health Care leadership
Partnered on the design of a machine-learning initiative using registry and claims-based real-world data to identify people more likely to have an undiagnosed rare disease. The work demonstrated the feasibility of screening for a significantly underdiagnosed condition, was published in the Orphanet Journal of Rare Diseases, and advanced to a Phase 2 effort under Stanford Health Care leadership to explore the approach across additional rare diseases.

Acute Suicidality Framework + Pilots

Led a statewide effort to turn recommendations from a summit and issue paper into a practical implementation framework, including school district and hospital-based pilot concepts, cross-system workflows, stakeholder alignment, evaluation measures, and pathways for scale. The approach was also built to be useful beyond suicidality, offering a more structured way to tackle complex mental health challenges.

Led enterprise strategy for a self-insured employer launch across 12,000 covered lives, aligning technology, services, operations, and measurable population-health goals. This work was part of the growth and operational build that helped position the company for a successful exit.
